20 years ago, the first training in Ayurveda Life training was held at Tallmogården. During that time, Ayurveda was unknown to most people. Today, Ayurveda has gained ground all over the world and helped many people.
It is with pleasure that we are now developing and expanding the education to Helsingborg, with me, Stina Andersson as head teacher. Eva Schinkler as founder is also included in parts of the education.
If you work with people, perhaps as a leader, coach, psychologist or therapist, the education is an excellent complement and development, not least for yourself.
Do you want to achieve a sustainable healthy lifestyle and personal development on all levels?
Congratulations! Then you are one of the new participants to Ayurveda Life training in Helsingborg.

Why are you passionate about Ayurveda?
I am passionate about Ayurveda because this knowledge describes man and our environment in an understandable way, everything from how we need to think and how we act, to how diseases are cured. The whole person counts, both body and soul and spirit. Together, it becomes a balance that many people need today. Ayurveda goes out of the individual and our unique self, that each person's path to health and happiness. Ayurveda is easily linked to today's research in epigenetics and neuroscience, which makes me as a natural scientist so happy! For me, Ayurveda has increased from having been an exciting book to something I live and breathe every day.
